Position Overview
Lindsay Windows is seeking a versatile IT Systems Programmer to support and maintain our technology environment, with a primary focus on the Fenevision ERP system. This onsite, hands-on role combines ERP support with broader IT responsibilities, ensuring reliable system performance, supporting end users, and helping improve business operations through technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with ERP enhancements, upgrades, and system improvements
- Troubleshoot ERP issues and work with users to resolve system-related challenges
- Collaborate with internal teams to document processes and improve system usage
- Provide day-to-day IT support for hardware, software, and network-related issues across the organization
- Maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and related infrastructure
- Install, configure, and support software in alignment with company security standards
- Administer Microsoft 365 and other internal systems
- Assist with cybersecurity efforts, including user account management and access control
- Support, configure, and maintain the Fenevision ERP system across business functions
- Help manage data integrity, imports, and basic integrations
- Train end users and create clear technical documentation
- Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for improvement across IT systems
- Contribute to ongoing process improvements and technology optimization initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–3+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a similar role
- Experience working with ERP systems (manufacturing environment preferred; Fenevision a plus)
- Familiarity with SQL, databases, or system integrations is a plus
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and network environments
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
Compensation: $62,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
