Job Summary
Lindsay Windows is seeking a hands-on ERP Specialist to support and enhance our Fenevision ERP system while also assisting with day-to-day IT needs. This onsite role focuses on improving production workflows, maintaining system accuracy, and ensuring reliable technology support across the business.
Lindsay Windows is seeking a hands-on ERP Specialist to support and enhance our Fenevision ERP system while also assisting with day-to-day IT needs. This onsite role focuses on improving production workflows, maintaining system accuracy, and ensuring reliable technology support across the business.
You’ll work closely with production, inventory, and office teams to configure ERP processes, troubleshoot issues, and support continuous improvement efforts across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Configure and support the Fenevision ERP system across production, inventory, sales, purchasing, and related areas
• Align Bill of Materials (BOM), routing, and assembly processes within the ERP system
• Customize ERP modules to improve workflows and operational efficiency
• Troubleshoot ERP issues and provide day-to-day user support
• Assist with system upgrades, patches, enhancements, and integrations
• Train users and create basic documentation and support materials
• Monitor system performance and perform routine audits
• Gather feedback and implement system improvements
• Support general IT needs including hardware, software, and network troubleshooting
• Maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and related equipment
• Install and configure software while following security standards
• Assist with Office 365 administration, user accounts, and cybersecurity practices

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred
• 2–3+ years of ERP experience in a manufacturing environment (Fenevision preferred)
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, configuration, and workflows
• Experience with SQL, stored procedures, APIs, or system integrations is a plus
• Background in IT support (hardware, software, and networking)
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users
• Comfortable working onsite in a hands-on environment
